81 old cutalss, 4" fiberglass cowl induction hood, b&m quicksilver shifter, SSM A-body conversion liftbars, fully rebuilt A-body 12 bolt(3:50 gears, bearings, clutches, springs, wheel cylenders, drums, brake lines) custom driveshaft, new u-joints, MTS trans crossmember, corvette ralleys wheels with bfg T/A tires, 28x11.5 e.t. streets mounted on extra set of ralleys, new ball joints, tie rod ends, centerlink, idler arm, 1 coil cut off front springs, moroso trick springs in rear, summit adjustable shocks front and rear, griffen two row aluminum radiator, ford taurus electric fan, msd 6a, iceman heat-a/c block off plate, needs interior headliner, comes with extra set of front fenders, misc body trim, $290 CSR starter, remote starter solenoid, battery relocation kit, 140A powermaster(?) alternater, 2-1/2" custom exaust with crossover, dynomax ultraflow mufflers, and chrome tips, gearmaster th400 w/ b&m transpack, custom PTC converter, new sealed and sumped gas tank, electric fuel pump, 8an fuel line, regulator w/ gauge. car has SOLID FRAME and interior floor has been POR15'ed.

Veits offtopicut aga kui palju on ohutu üldse plokki üle puurida? Viimasel isendil on .080 over, olen lugend kuskilt et caddy suured plokid kannatavad ka .100 over aga kuidas selle töökindlusega siis jääb?

.100 pidi veel olema ohutu
aga nagu ma olen aru saanud, siis see nõuab custom kolbe, mis odavad pole
.080 on täitsa kolb riiulist võtta.

MTS on teema. Kui mootori performance`iks läheb siis on see vast õigeim koht kust asju osta. Lisaks veel muidugi Potter Automotive ja Cad Company. Praegu on selline staadium kus ma üritan pihta saada milliseid osasid eelistada. Näiteks MTS-i pakutavaid Bulldogi plokikaasi või Potteri Boogie-Man kaasi, kas üritada ise mootor valmis soperdada või koguda natuke raha ja osta kohe ekspertide poolt tehtu jne. Krt nii mõeldes võib lolliks minna Aga tänud Ain vastuse eest siin ja ka mujal.

MTS ja Potter liitusid juba ammu.
Cad Co lõpetas tegevuse ja MTS ostis nende kraami kõik ära.
Seega ongi lihtne - kõik asjad saad ühest kohast

Mina esimese ostaks ja teise juba teeks ise. Kui tõsist väänet ja hobust tarvis, siis on suht palju igasugust metallitööd nii ploki, vända ja pisema mudruga mida siin maal keegi ilmselt hästi ei tee ja soomemaal läheb asi sama kalliks, kui MTS´i ust kulutades.

Potteri mõnusalt meelde jääv mootor on magus küll - 500cid, 500hp, 500rpm, 600 Ft Lbs

Aga Cad Company kohta on suurte mootorite meestel pidevat virinat - et jupid viletsad, kommunikatsioon sakib ja kauba kättetoimetamise ajad jube pikad.

Enne oli siin overborest juttu ja Potter mainib enda challenge mootori ehitamise artiklis, et on ehitanud .200 üle pooleldi betoneeritud veesärgiga ja .140 ilma betoonita mootoreid

No .200 kõlab juba ilmse overkillina, minu jaoks oleks prioriteet vastupidavus, siis kvaliteet, siis hind. Pigem koguda natuke raha ja maksta rohkem, aga pikemas perspektiivis tuleb odavam välja. Sama teema on vist kaantega, pole mõtet hakata neid portima ja jebima, lõpptulemus võib olla null kui mõra vms tuleb. Aga see sinupoolt pandud lingil olev mootor on jah tõsine maasikas, ainus asi mis (välimuses) häirib on need breatherid, ise teeks kuidagi teistmoodi. Lisaks paneks veel Boogie Man intake kahe karpaga, oi kurja

Yes you read the description right ! This is a 1968 Eldorado that has been converted into a full convertible !!! . I had the conversion done about 7 yearrs ago along with a full restoration - paint -chrome - interior - engine- transmission...etc . The conversion was done by several different shops - a custom hod rod shop that built several show cars for display at SEMA took the top off and added both cross beams underneath as well as lateral suport using truck shocks to prevent any flexing. I have owned and driven the car for 7 years and the doors still close perfectly aand there is no visible bend or sag in any way to the body . For the top we took a top frame from a 1968 Deville convertible and sectioned it down to fit the Eldo- it fits great ! It is not an electric top but is easily lifted up with one hand. The latches are also from a 68 Deville convertible and are super easy to latch. If you notice we also installed the chrome windshield trim off of a Deville convertible . Most convertible conversions always forget this important detail to give a car a real correct convertible look instead of the body colored pillars of a coupe. It makes a big difference ! Visors are also from a Deville and attached as they would be on a factory convertible as well. I did not install operational opera windowsin the back but had custom window inserts made for those rare times you want to drive with the top and all the windows up ( I never ever do living in the sunny desert and never taking the car out in the rain ! I also had custom aluminum inserts made for the door panels and the dash instead of the wood. The interior is a very high quality vinyl for long life . The a/c was working when I first bought the car but I disconnected the noisy compressor when the engine was being rebuilt and never reconnected it-I had a custom stereo installed - two very discreat speakers on the door panels / a sub and an amp hidden in thetrunk and a little wire under the seat- jusr plug it into your ipod and plat- incredible sound !! and it all looks stock !!!! no ugly in dash unit - just your little ipod sitting in the seat when you want it ! The car runs great - tons of torque fast and smooth in every way and no major rattles or squeaks that evven most stock convertibles have ! This car turns heads everywhere and has one 1st place in its class at several shows. There are way to many details to list in this ad and I really want whom ever is interested in buying this car to come out to look at it in person. This is a custom car and it really is important to come out and see it and drive it . So if you have any more detailed questions please ask them thru ebay or you can also email me at greco@earthlink.net Oh yeah I forgot- the hidden headlights work perfectly as I found a secret to get nos vacuum actuators !! very cool and the car phone is a vintage car phone that was in the car when the original owner had it- it had a huge unit in the trunk but I remobed it as the service is no longer available but the phone looked so cool that I had it gel coated in red to match the new interior One more thing - I am the second owner of this car- 1st owner was 90 years old and no longer drove so I bought it (as a hard top of course) from him in Pasadena so it is arust free California all its life car with its' original BLACK PLATES !!!!!!!
